Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your Diesel purchase, you can return your items for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal request to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
